Effective Thinking Skills
The Effective Thinking Skills program is used to empower people by addressing the fundamental barriers and limitations to growth:
- Habits and work practices
- Attitudes
- Beliefs and expectations
Some examples of these are:
- Old habitual routines which retard the growth process
- Rapid change causing an attitudeor discomfort and therefore resistance
- The belief of being too busy and overworked
- The existing expectation that "it is already good enough"
- Traditional fixed beliefs that need to be changed.
